You delete your Novilun account yourself, in the app. We don’t delete accounts on request by email or other channels, because we can’t confirm who sent the request.
In the app
Delete your account in Novilun
- Open Novilun and go to Profile.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
- If you like, download your data as a CSV for free, then tap “Delete account for good”.
The account is closed immediately, on all devices.
Don’t have the app anymore?
Install it again
- Install Novilun on your phone.
- Sign in with the same account: email, Apple or Google.
- Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot your password?” and you’ll get a code by email.
- Follow the deletion steps in Profile.
Before you delete
- Your service subscriptions aren’t cancelled. Netflix, Spotify and the rest keep charging you until you cancel them with each service.
- Take your data. After you type DELETE, the app offers you a free CSV. After deletion we can’t recover it.
What we delete
- Your account: name, email, password and the link to Apple or Google.
- All subscriptions, payments, categories, notes and reminders.
- Connected devices and notification tokens.
- Your settings.
What we keep

Want to delete only some data?
You can delete any subscription in the app: open it and choose “Delete”. For other questions about your data, email us at suport@getnovilun.com.
