What people ask us
Is Novilun free?
Yes. The orbit, reminders, calendar, statistics and currency conversion are free, with no ads.
Does Novilun have access to my bank account?
No. You add your subscriptions yourself, from the list of popular services or manually. We never ask for card details and we don’t read transactions.
Can Novilun cancel a subscription for me?
No. Each subscription is cancelled with its service. Novilun reminds you in time and shows the general steps to cancel. Once you cancel, you mark the subscription as cancelled and it leaves the orbit.
Which currencies are supported?
All active currencies. Each subscription keeps its own currency, and totals are calculated in your base currency at the day’s rate.
Does it work offline?
Your data is kept in your account so you have it on any phone, so the app needs an internet connection. Widgets show the latest data received.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile › Delete account, then type DELETE. The account is closed immediately, on all devices.
